For out of warranty mid-mount ebike motors, we always refer our customers back to their local bike shops to remove and reinstall their motors. This is best practice... and it ensures the motor is removed and re-installed by trained mechanics. It also provides the customer with the confidence their motor is going to be professionally serviced, and then properly re-installed.
