PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE TAKE NO REPSONSIBILITY NOR GUARANTEE ANY PARTS, WHICH ARE SOLD BY US AND INSTALLED BY OTHERS. All the motor parts we sell (bearings, belts, gears, seals, PCBs, motor parts and motor casings) require the learned technical knowledge and trained experience, together with a range of custom machined tools that we have developed, to both disassemble and reassemble these ebike motors.
Our business is servicing, repairing and upgrading major brand ebike motors... and it has taken several years, many broken motors and many thousands of dollars of investment to develop the tools, facilities and engineered processes necessary to do so. This is why we are sure you would understand and appreciate our reasoning for not teaching others "our business" or giving others our "intellectual property", when supplying motor parts and spares. And yes, it pains us to hear that customers buy a part/s to service or repair a motor, which then results to be the wrong one, or that they end up damaging another motor component in the process of installing those spare part/s. This does happen and it happens regularly, even after cautioning customers of the dangers and complexities of motor self-repairs. We keep our labour rates low considering the complex and intricate works involved with these motors... and it is why we strongly recommend that we service, repair or upgrade your motor.
